Conceptone is a Design, Construction, Engineering & Real-Estate Company since 2014; we undertake any construction engineering related work from renovations to total construction of Houses, Buildings & officers Etc.
We share our expertise in the entire process from buying a land to planning your home / designing and finally obtaining the certificate of completion (COC) from the local authority and handing over your home to you. (We do all documentation & necessary local authority approvals), all you have to do is to visit your home-Construction work Site as and when you can, while we construct your home with high standards & quality materials. We will also keep you updated via video calls even if you are living abroad. Estimated time to complete a house is approximately 7 to 9 months.

We will also visit the land (Optional) that you are interested in, and provide valuable advice on Legal , Soil, and surroundings which are very important when purchasing a good land with a clean title.
