Lets discuss about your idea, about your dream home, tell us your requirement and how you want it to be , we will fine tune your idea and add new ideas inside the layout/area & the budget accordingly .
First meeting with the Architect , lets discuss what we planned for the house, Architect will note down all our requirements and will come up with a draft layout , off course we can continue if you like him, let’s start drawing the plans and the layout. We will have many meetings with the architect until it’s a perfect plan.
After the plan/Architectural drawing is completed , we can submit same along with few other documents to the local Authorities for building approvals , don’t worry we will tell you exactly what documents required , in the meantime we will start preparing the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) or the estimates and the work plan. Now, next is to start building your home.
